How It Works
From the first call to the certificate, here is exactly what happens when you hire us.
1. You call or send a request
Tell us roughly what you have and where. Boxes, bags, drawers, a filing cabinet. Use the estimator on the pricing page if it helps. We answer the phone; if we are in the truck, we call back the same day.
2. We quote it in writing
By text or email, with every line item: shredding, travel, and any extras. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice. The only exception is if the number of boxes or items is different when we arrive than what you estimated; then the price adjusts to what's actually there, and we discuss it with you before anything is charged or shredded.
3. We schedule around you
Galion, Bucyrus, Mansfield and Marion are usually same-day or next-day. Farther out we tell you the next route day. Evenings and weekends on request.
4. The truck arrives
We park in your driveway or lot, carry the boxes out, and shred them in front of you. Staples and clips are fine. A typical residential job takes twenty to forty minutes; a file room takes a morning.
5. You get the certificate
Signed on the spot, with the date, volume and method. Keep it with your records.
6. The paper is recycled
Shredded material is baled and sent to a paper mill. Nothing readable leaves your property; nothing goes to a landfill.
