Everything we shred is recycled. Here is where it goes and what it saves.

From your driveway to a paper mill

Shredded paper is compacted in the truck, baled, and sold to a paper mill that pulps it into new paper products: tissue, packaging, newsprint and office paper. The confetti-sized pieces are unreadable and unrecoverable before they ever leave your property.

What a ton of recycled paper saves

Industry figures commonly cited by the EPA and paper-recycling groups: roughly 17 trees, about 7,000 gallons of water, and around 3 cubic yards of landfill space per ton of paper recycled. A busy office console produces a ton in a year or two.

What we do not do

We do not landfill shredded paper, and we do not sort or read it. Nothing is stored; it moves from your boxes to the shredder to the bale.

E-waste

Small volumes of electronics we take with a paper job are recycled through our Mansfield partner rather than landfilled.
