Pennsylvania's Breach of Personal Information Notification Act requires businesses to notify state residents when their personal information is exposed — including paper records found in the trash — and the Attorney General can bring actions under the state's consumer protection law. Pennsylvania has no separate statute dictating disposal methods for private businesses, so the federal rules — HIPAA, GLBA, FACTA — set the standard: unreadable, unrecoverable, documented.

Not on recurring service — scheduled accounts never pay travel. One-time jobs have one flat charge, quoted up front: $75 within an hour of Galion, stepping up with drive time farther out, and waived on jobs of 100 boxes or more. The full table is on our pricing page.
